Air Therapy


The nature of mind is to wander all over, either brooding over the past or anxious of the future. As a result, the mind is not available for coordination with the body. The fast wandering mind like the air is brought to the present and made available to heal the body through the air therapy. Pranayama is suggested as a parte of air therapy. Mind always breaths (air) because without it, it cannot function. The mind can survive without food or water but not qithout air. The Pranayama pulls the wandering mind and allows it to transcend to the state of awareness. The state of awareness is the source of all potentialities, including healing.
