Air Therapy

The nature of mind is to wander all over, either brooding over the past or anxious of the future. As a result, the mind is not available for coordination with the body. The fast wandering mind like the air is brought to the present and made available to heal the body through the air therapy. Pranayama is suggested as a parte of air therapy. Mind always breaths (air) because without it, it cannot function. The mind can survive without food or water but not qithout air. The Pranayama pulls the wandering mind and allows it to transcend to the state of awareness. The state of awareness is the source of all potentialities, including healing.

Fire Therapy

For complete elimination of water soluble and fat soluble toxins fromthe body a good circulation of heat is required throughout the body. The heat is the fire element. heat is circulated through blood and lymph fluids, the circulatory system and the lymphatic system. However, the mind involves as it is seat of action or motion and mind and body coodination is required. The Yoga exercices are essentials as they improve the blood, lymphatic and air circulations in the body to complete detoxification process.

Earth Therapy

Fat soluble toxins are greasy and their removal require soap and bile produced by liver acts as soap. the bile amelsifies the fats. fat soluble toxins are removed snd the liver further helps in detoxification of toxins. Bile converts the chemicals into water soluble chemicals and kidneys help by excreting them into the urine. The Water and Earth Terapies help in removing water soluble toxins through liver and kidneys effectively. Sometimes the liver may not be able to remove the chemicals and to convert them into complete water soluble toxins. In such cases the fat soluble toxins are dissolved in the bile, secreted by the liver cells. The bile, passes throgh gall- bladder into the intestine. The toxins are reabsorbed and they mixed with the fibre in the food and passes into the stools. Thet is why more fibre food is advised.

Water Therapy

Water soluble toxins...During the fasting perid, thirty trillion cell in the human body spit out toxic metabolic wastes into the blood stream. Water therapy means drinking about 1 - 1 1/2 litres of water in the morning. The water clenses the stomach and the intestines, the blood and all organs by removing the water soluble toxins passing in the urine and thus rejuvanates the body. By this mechanism the element of water act and eliminates soluble toxins and cure diseases.

Medicina Ayurvedica - Comportamento

Panchabhutas - The Five Divine Elements

The Panchabhutas are divine five elements described in spiritual texts elaborately while language being the Sanskrit. The subjet is confusing and confounded with many names and synonyms. These are Either, Air, Fire, Water and Earth in the universe. In the Sankhya philosophy's nomenclature, these are Sabda, Sparsa, Rupa, Rasa and Gandha respectively. These also present in the human body senses as sense organs and organs of action which are also known as Jnanedriyas and Karmendriyas respectively with Trigunas in various proportions. These are present in the matter, material, in all beings incluuding man and also possess five religious action, panchakarmas. The universe exists and survives only by their presence and sustains it with the divine cosmic energy.

Bhagwan Baba says: "God controlled Panchabhutas and man has to control himself to evolute the life activity in him, praise and appreciate, experience their divinity to focus on man, as his goal is to merge Jeevatma with Paramatma...I may tell you, nevertheless, thet the five elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth) have been created by the Supreme. They have each to be used by you with reverential care and vigilant discrimination. Reckless, and careless use of any of them will only rebound on you with tremendous hard. Their external nature has to be handled with caution and care".
